1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the NextiqumAI website, our AI agents (Loquelle, tiQ, Mark, Iris and the Docs & Voice tools), and any accounts or subscription plans. By using the site or creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. "We", "us" and "NextiqumAI" refer to the NextiqumAI studio; "you" refers to the user.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Your email address is your account identifier and cannot be changed. After your first sign-in you may be asked to set a password and complete your profile before using the service.
• For your security, your account can be signed in on only one device at a time; signing in on a new device automatically signs out the previous one.
• You may close your account at any time; see retention below for what happens to your data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular you will not: break the law; attempt to bypass usage limits, security or rate limiting; submit content you have no right to submit; upload malware; scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the agents; or use the service to harass others or generate harmful, deceptive or abusive content. We may suspend or limit accounts that breach these rules. If you use Loquelle, our live meeting copilot, to capture or transcribe a meeting (through your microphone, shared call audio, or the desktop app’s local device-audio capture), you confirm you are entitled to do so and have obtained any consent required from other participants under the laws that apply to you.

4. AI agents and outputs

Our AI agents generate results automatically and are provided "as is". Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose, and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output. We do not guarantee specific results, uptime or availability.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free features are offered within fair-use daily limits. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring monthly or annual basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
• We may change plan features or prices; we will give reasonable notice of material changes, and changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.

6. Your content, history and data retention

You keep ownership of the text, audio, images and documents you submit to an agent. You grant us a limited licence to process that content in order to provide the result and operate the service. Documents you attach to Loquelle, and the meeting audio it transcribes, are processed only for that session and are not stored on our servers; only notes you choose to save become part of your history. We store your agent history so you can return to it, and we retain it as follows:

• Free accounts: agent history is kept while you are active and is deleted after 3 days of inactivity (no sign-in or use).
• Pro: if your subscription lapses, history is kept for 30 days and then deleted.
• Business: if your subscription lapses, history is kept for 60 days and then deleted.
• To keep things tidy, we retain only your most recent items per agent (roughly the last 30) and older items are pruned.

7. Intellectual property

The website, the agents, our software, branding and content are owned by NextiqumAI and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you. Subject to your rights in your own content, results generated for you may be used for your own purposes in line with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, NextiqumAI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, the retention rules above apply to your data.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will revise the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at NextiqumAI's place of establishment, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless the law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
