Top-up credit packs are pay-as-you-go for the occasional busy month and work across every agent. Saved history keeps your latest 20 items per agent on Free, 60 on Standard, 200 on Pro and 500 on Business. Older items are removed automatically. On Free, saved work is also cleared after 3 days without signing in.

Already subscribed before September 2026? Nothing changes for you: your plan keeps covering both products at the same level for as long as you keep it.

Questions people ask before subscribing

Do I need both subscriptions?

No. Iris and Loquelle are separate products for separate jobs. Subscribe to the one you use; add the other later if you need it. The five shared agents come with either.

What happens to my existing plan?

If you subscribed before the products were split, your plan continues to cover Iris and Loquelle at the same level for the life of that subscription. You will never be moved to a narrower plan without choosing it.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, from your account page. Annual billing is two months cheaper than paying monthly for the same tier.

Which currencies do you bill in?

Cards are charged in US dollars. The page shows an estimate in your local currency so you know what to expect; your bank converts at its own rate.

Is there a team or agency plan?

The Business tier of each product carries the highest limits and API access. For several seats or a white-label deployment, ask for a custom quote above.
