Work on things people actually use
We build Iris and Loquelle, and ship Shopify stores for clients. Small team, direct access to the founder, and your work goes live.
No open roles right now. Every role is posted on this page when it opens; we do not keep unsolicited CVs.
How does the hiring process work at NextiqumAI?
Apply on the role page with your CV and a short note about what you have delivered. Applications are reviewed by the founder. Shortlisted candidates have an introductory call, then a role-specific practical assessment or portfolio review that reflects the actual work, then a final conversation about scope, start date and terms. You are told the outcome and the next step at every stage. Your CV is stored privately and is never published or shared outside the hiring process.
Where is NextiqumAI based, and is the work remote?
NextiqumAI is a Pakistani software company. The team works from Lahore, Pakistan, and the founder works in the EU time zone. Most roles are remote, with fixed overlap hours each day for client calls and demos. Each listing states its location, whether it is remote, hybrid or on-site, the employment type and the salary range where one is published.
What will I work on?
Primarily client engagements. New hires join a delivery team on the projects in progress when they start: custom AI and software builds, web and mobile products, Shopify stores and growth marketing, delivered under the client’s brand with weekly demos. Alongside client work, the team maintains NextiqumAI’s own products, Iris and Loquelle. Where the first engagement is already known, the role page says so.
Which teams hire at NextiqumAI?
Roles are grouped by team: engineering, marketing, product, design, operations and sales, and most open in the first three. Engineering builds the client products and our own: web and mobile applications, AI features such as assistants and document tools, and the services behind Iris and Loquelle. Marketing runs growth work for the stores and products we ship, and for our own products. Product shapes what gets built, writes the briefs and runs the weekly demos with clients. The filter at the top of this page shows the open roles in each area; when an area has none open, it says so.
What makes an application stand out?
Work you delivered and can show. A link to something live, a repository, a campaign with its results, or a short description of what you built, for whom and what changed after it shipped, says more than a list of tools. Because the work is delivered to clients with weekly demos, we look for people who can explain their work plainly to someone who is not technical, and who finish things. The practical assessment is shaped like the real work of the role, so there is nothing to prepare beyond doing what you already do. You hear back at every stage, including when the answer is no.
New roles are posted on this page as they open. Applications are only through the role page.
