Designed, built and operate two AI products end to end, writing the production code myself: Iris, an AI SEO and answer-engine auditor, and Loquelle, a live meeting copilot.
Built Iris to crawl and score whole sites in parallel inside a fixed time budget, generate llms.txt and plain-Markdown mirrors of every page, and verify against live AI engines whether a domain is actually cited.
Shipped Loquelle on three surfaces from one account: a Windows desktop application, a Chrome extension and web, with real-time audio, an on-screen panel hidden during screen share, and deck-aware presentation support.
Built the platform underneath both: a tiered entitlement engine over Stripe subscriptions, a usage and credit ledger, an admin console for pricing and margin, and a background worker queue where jobs are claimed atomically so concurrent cron runs cannot double-charge.
Own security and data protection across the stack, including GDPR-compliant handling, allow-listed persistence and ownership-verified authorisation.
