Before you build
How long does a custom agent take?
A focused assistant over your own documents usually lands in two to four weeks from kickoff. Anything with integrations, role-based access or a workflow behind it sits between six and ten weeks. You see it working in a weekly demo from the first week.
What does it cost to run once it is live?
Two things: hosting, which is small for a single assistant, and model usage, which you pay at cost on your own account so the bill is transparent. We size the model to the job and cache aggressively, because an assistant that costs more than the person it helps is not worth building.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. We put cloud and on-premise inference behind one interface, so a customer in a regulated sector can keep every document in-house without a second codebase. The same build runs on OpenAI, Groq, or a model hosted in your own environment.
Who owns the agent?
You do. The code, the prompts, the retrieval index and the data are yours, delivered in your own repository and hosted where you choose. Handover includes a written runbook so your team can maintain it without us.
