Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your information, and the choices and rights you have.

Privacy questions, answered plainly

Do you train AI models on my meetings or documents?

No. Audio that Loquelle transcribes and documents you attach are processed only for that session and are not stored on our servers. Only the notes you choose to save become part of your history. Content you submit to an agent is used to produce your result and to operate the service, nothing else.

Can I delete my data?

Yes, at any time and without asking us. Your Settings page lets you download a copy of your data or permanently delete your account and personal data. For anything else covered by your rights, email [email protected].

How long do you keep what you collect?

As short as the purpose allows. In summary:

  • IP addresses in logs are anonymised after about 90 days
  • Usage and security events are deleted after about 12 months
  • Enquiries and leads are deleted after about 24 months
  • Account data is kept while the account is active and removed when you delete it

Who can see my meeting transcripts?

You. Transcripts are not stored unless you save a recap to your own history, and that history is visible only inside your account. We share data with the processors named in this policy, such as the AI model providers that generate a result and the payment processor for paid plans, and with nobody else.

How to request or delete your data

You do not need to ask us for the two most common requests, but here is the full route.

  1. Use your Settings page first. Download a copy of your data or delete your account and personal data yourself, instantly, from Settings. Nothing to wait for.
  2. Email [email protected] for anything else. Access, correction, restriction, objection or portability requests go to that address, sent from the email on your account so we can verify it is you.
  3. We respond and, if needed, you can escalate. We respond within a reasonable time and tell you what we did. If you are in the EU or EEA and are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
