How quickly do you reply?
Within one business day, usually the same day. We work across European and Asian hours, so a message sent in the evening is normally answered by the next morning. If it is urgent, WhatsApp is the fastest route.
What happens after I contact you?
Three steps. First a free intro call where we listen and ask questions, and tell you honestly if we are the right fit. Then, within a few days, a written proposal with scope, timeline and price in plain language. Then weekly demos from the first sprint until launch.
Do I need a finished specification first?
No. Most people arrive with a problem rather than a spec. You can describe the idea in a few sentences, or let Mark draft a first build plan in seconds and send us that as the starting point.
What does a project cost?
Custom work is quoted per project after the intro call, because scope varies enormously. If you only want to use our AI products, those are self-serve and start free, with Iris and Loquelle each sold separately from 10 US dollars a month on the pricing page.
Will you sign an NDA and can we own the code?
Yes to both. We sign NDAs as standard, and full intellectual property transfers to you. Work delivered under our white-label model ships under your brand, documented and yours to keep.
